Improvements/repairs
Playground Repairs- Two new spring riders in place
Culvert repair at Trapnell Ridge and Trapnell Grove- vender approved and waiting on weather
Events
Community Book Bag Event- had a good turnout, event was well received by the community – Rachal turned in receipts and the expense was approved by the board.
NEW BUSINESS
Nuisance Alligator noted- HCM to contact the alligator hotline and have it removed
Resident complaint regarding parking rules, board discussed parking rules and the violation process in regards to parking, Board stated that if the vehicle doesn’t move in 72 hours to call county code enforcement
SmartWebs Violation Software. – Board briefly discussed and wants to review the demo.
Next Meeting- Budget Meeting October 7th, 2019, Annual Meeting November 4th, 2019 at 6:30 pm
