I. Call to Order by Anthony Jones at 6:30PM
II. Verify quorum of board: Terry Phillips, Jason Stanley, and Anthony Jones in attendance. Quorum obtained.
III. Financial Reports
Monthly financial reports as of 02.05.2024 a. Cash Operating $37,254.67 b. Cash Reserved $56,246.92 c. Total Cash $93,501.59
IV. Purpose of Meeting
Board spoke about graffiti charges placed on owner’s ledger. Board deferred deciding on item. a. Anthony motions to defer, seconded by Jason, all in favor. Motion carried.
Sidewalk parking was discussed a. Board approved uploading a notice on FB regarding the situation in the community and letters would be sent to owners that continued to impede the sidewalk.
