I. Call to order by Anthony Jones at 6:30PM
II. Verification of quorum of Board: Anthony Jones, Jason Stanley, and Kevin Anderson in attendance. Quorum obtained.
III. Purpose of Meeting
1. Reviewed approved 2024 Budget.
a. Explanation on community events.
2. Election of Board:
a. Intent to runs for candidacy from two current board members, Anthony Jones, Jason Stanley. One volunteer from meeting, Terry Phillips.
3. Community Affairs
a. Public road parking concerns addressed by Anthony Jones.
b. Re-pavement off Long Oak and Turkey Creek. Board to petition the County after reaching out to neighboring community and Lone Oak Baptist Church.
c. Christmas party to be held 12/8 or 12/15. HCM to follow up with church on availability.
