Discussion
Maria opened new business with a discussion of the 2014 budget making a motion to reduce the dues to $85 per quarter. The board voted and it was approved to reduce the quarterly dues amount.
Maria spoke about the upcoming community yard sale on February 22, 2014 and Stephanie confirmed it was posted on the Trapnell Ridge Notice Board.
The Electric Pole in the park was discussed and the meter should be set and the light operational in the near future.
Jim gave an update on the ACC committee and said he had not received any new requests.
The fining committee gave report as they had not received any fines for review.
Jim spoke about the electrical box at the entrance and requested a water tight box be installed. The board approved getting bids.
Karen spoke about the home owners not removing the trash cans and also about the fencing behind some of the homes which need to be cleaned.
