MINUTES

I. Call to Order 

The meeting was called to order at 6:00 PM.

II. Quorum

A board quorum was established with the following members present: Anthony Jones, Jason Stanley, Terry Phillips, and Community Manager Natalie Schempp.

III. Financial Review

The monthly financial reports as of August 31, 2024, were reviewed:

o    Cash Operating $42,819.82

o    Cash Reserved $57,489.40

o    Total Cash $100,309.32

IV. Purpose of Meeting

The purpose of the meeting was explained, and the Board reviewed and approved the proposed budget for 2025.

V. Adjournment

The meeting was adjourned at 6:05 PM.
