The meeting was called to order by Trapnell Ridge Community Association by President Anthony Jones at 6:33pm

Discussion of Forged Proxies
Anthony opened the meeting by explaining why the meeting was called and that Stephanie Acito wanted to speak in her behalf concerning the proxies.
The floor was turned over to Stephanie to speak about the incident.
The floor was then opened to discussion from the victims of the forgery and other community homeowners.
The board thanked everyone for their input and said they would take all into consideration when deciding as a board what action to take.
The board elected to keep the board as elected.
Meeting was adjourned at 7:00pm
