The meeting was called to order by Trapnell Ridge Community Association by Anthony Jones at 6:34pm.

Discussion
Maria opened new business with the lighting in the park and gave keys to all board members.
Stephanie gave an update on 3704 Trapnell Grove Loop. There will be a hearing held on May 12, 2014 at which time the attorney will present the reasons the bank foreclosure should be expedited.
Jim gave an update on the ACC committee and said this had been the busiest quarter with 8 new requests.
The fining committee gave report as they had not received any fines for review.
Anthony spoke on animals such as chickens and goats not being permitted within the community.
The Board voted to contract for the spray of ants and insects on a regular basis in the park.
The Board requested a letter to go out on the new lower dues.
The Board voted to leave the light off in the park until the time change.
A Brief discussion on more playground equipment and Park benches occurred.
The Board discussed allowing advertising on the board at the front and Anthony is going to work on this.
The Board spoke about the Easter Egg Hunt and that it turned out well.
