2018 HOA Assessment Fees $50.00 Quarterly $200.00 year.
Landscaping – Back of the Community near retention pond area.

21 & 22 October Community Yard Sale
29 October Community Halloween Festival
11 November Thanksgiving give a way ($25.00) gift card towards Turkey.
09 December – Community Holiday Celebration Meet & Greet your Neighbors.
ACC- 4 applications approved and 1 pending for screen door.
