I. Call to order by Anthony Jones at 6:30PM
II. Verification of Quorum: Quorum of the board – 4 homes in attendance verified by
Anthony Jones and Maria Rachal
III. Approval of Previous Minutes – approved by board majority
IV. Purpose of Meeting
Discussion and approval of Budget – no owner questions
Old Business – Maria to try WD-40 on message board lock. Email ASAP for repair if this does not fix it.
Election of Board – No other intent to runs other than the current board. Board remains the same.
New Business – Culvert finished on Lone Oak Road. No more dirt bikes riding around pond, just owners fishing or driving slowly in a golf cart – no damages to report.

There will be a brief organizational meeting immediately follow the annual meeting. – Board to remain the same.
