Call to Order by Anthony Jones at 6:30PM

• Verify quorum of board; Anthony Jones in attendance, Kevin Anderson in attendance by conference call

Financial Reports

• Monthly Financial Reports as of 10.03.2022

  • Cash Operating $16,308.66

  • Cash Reserved $34,714.58

Old Business

• Items for maintenance:

  • Cameras: Need Budget Line Item for 2023

• Ratify decision to do repairs to park fence and signs:

  • Replaced 9 pickets, 3 top rails, 1 bottom rail, installed 9 missing caps, painted the rules sign in park, and repaired and painted community message board for $528.26.

Purpose of Meeting

• Review bids for hurricane repairs

  • Fence Repair for $595, Minter’s Quality First, LLC – Kevin and Anthony in favor

  • Tree Removal in Park for $600, Sharpescapes – Kevin and Anthony in favor

  • Trampoline Removal from HOD Pond for $800, Lake Doctors – None in favor

    • Board to address issue weekend of 10/8/2022

• Review and vote on 2023 proposed budget

  • Anthony motions to approve, Kevin seconds

• Holiday plans:

  • Community in attendance chooses to hold off on Halloween party in favor of a bigger Christmas party. HCM to schedule with Lone Oak Baptist Church for party. Notices to go out once scheduled to neighborhood.

Community Concerns

• Sidewalk blocking

• ATVs driving without lights at night and speeding

• Commercial vehicles parking in road (box truck)

• Board agreed to send newsletter to include sidewalk blocking, new garbage can notice, dog waste, children in road

• Anthony to add notice on message board for owners to not block the sidewalks
